How do I arrange a viewing?
Open a property page, choose Schedule a viewing, and send your preferred date and time. Walin will contact you to confirm availability.
Selling
Can I list my property with Walin?
Use the valuation or contact form to share the location and details. Our administrators manage the listing process; a public member account is not needed.
Listing details
Why do listings use different price units?
The seller may quote a price per plot, rai, unit or month. The unit is displayed next to the price, and the search offers a price-unit filter.
What does Sold mean?
The property is marked as sold. Its page may remain available for reference; contact Walin to discuss other current options.
Using the website
Do I need an account to save properties?
No. Saved properties stay in this browser. They will not automatically appear on another device, and clearing browser storage removes them.
